Delivery charges for the UAE and Saudi Arabia are included in the product price where free delivery is offered. If any extra charge applies, it will be shown before checkout or order confirmation.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, phone, or WhatsApp. For some orders, our team or fulfilment partner may contact you to confirm your name, phone number, delivery address, and product details before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if the product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the delivery address is incomplete, the order appears suspicious, or there is an error in product information or pricing.

5. Payment

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. If Cash on Delivery is available, the customer agrees to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. NURVA MARKET is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Delivery usually takes 1–3 days after order confirmation, depending on the customer’s city, courier schedule, product availability, and fulfilment process.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, incorrect address details, public holidays, supplier processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy and the policy of our fulfilment/supplier partner.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or significantly different from the product description, customers should contact us as soon as possible with their order number, product details, and clear photos or videos of the issue.
